Takeout is a design initiative created to support the restaurant industry amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite emerging dine-in and delivery options, many of Manila’s beloved small businesses are struggling to survive. They have resorted to cost-cutting, lay-offs, and permanent closures. Takeout offers an alternative way to keep brands accessible to patrons during this difficult period.
We partner Philippine restaurants and Filipino artists to create limited-edition merchandise. 100% of the sale’s proceeds will go directly to the restaurant’s staff and service team – the very people that make our favorite places so special.
The initiative was inspired by R/GA's Merch Aid and multiple heritage brand fundraisers from around the world. Takeout is not an exercise in innovation, but rather an effort to further local collaboration. We aim to bridge the disciplinary gap between Philippine creatives – connecting those in need of help with those that are able to offer it.
This project is run by Monica and Audrey – two girls in opposite timezones that can’t wait to get together for dinner again soon.

Shirts will only begin production once the pre-order period (two weeks from the collection release date) has ended. Given this, shirts will be delivered within three to four weeks from the release date.

Shipping is free for orders within Metro Manila, and at additional cost for orders outside of Metro Manila.
